For items that are in stock the processing time is one working day, otherwise the creation process (e.g. custom size, material) can take from 4 to 7 working days. For custom orders please consider 7-10 working days.
You will receive an order confirmation email once your order is confirmed. You will also receive a shipping confirmation email and tracking number once your order is shipped out.
We get it, we all make mistakes. If you wish to cancel your order just reach out to us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 3 hours of purchase.

We currently ship only to the European Union. If you would like us to ship to another location, please reach out to us, and we'll see what we can do.

When your items have been dispatched, you will receive an email with the tracking number to get the latest package status and estimated delivery date.

RETURNS & REFUND
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee minus the shipping costs as long as the item has not been damaged. Please get in touch via email@example.com and we will give you all the details to return it.
You are responsible for return shipping costs associated with exchanges and returns. Please consider using a secure, insured and trackable shipping service (UPS, DHL or equivalent) as we cannot accept liability for any item not received.
To return your item, please follow the steps below:
1. Send us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with your name and order number within 14 days after delivery.
2. Wait for our email with your return authorization.
3. Return the item undamaged in the original box using an insured and trackable shipping service of your preference (UPS, DHL or equivalent). Please postmark your package within 14 days of the date your order was received.
When your return is received and processed, we'll email you a refund notification.
If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. There are certain situations when only partial refunds are granted:
- Any item is not in its original condition, damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error (from 25% to 75% refund depending on damage).
- Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery (75% refund).
We replace items only if they do not fit in size. If you need to exchange it for the same item of another size, please contact us via email email@example.com.
Bespoke items that are made to measure or adapted to your specifications unfortunately cannot be refunded as they have been specially made for you and we cannot re-sell.

MATERIALS & PRODUCT CARE
All jewels are made of solid sterling silver 925. However any item can be custom created in gold 9K, 14K, 18K or bronze. Please get in touch with us for special requests.
Remember that silver fears wet climate, pool water, thermal water, perfume, aggressive detergents (such as bleach).
With time, silver creates a very particular patina with bright and slightly darker parts. The effect is very nice, but if you prefer that your jewelry is always bright, clean with a cloth to clean silver or use a soft brush, warm water and dry soap. You can also clean the silver jewel with toothpaste and water.
